Diagnosis
Scutellum smooth and shiny, median groove reaches 2/3 of the length of scutellum; coxae yellowish-brown; gaster with 1st tergite smooth and shiny; male flagellum with all flagellomeres distinctly separated. Similar to lacticoxa but with scutellum smooth and shiny, and propodeum with median carina wider. See also amelus.
